Role & Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain dynamic Excel dashboards using VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIFS, and macros to visualize KPIs across sales, operations, and finance.
Automate repetitive MIS reporting by developing reusable Excel templates and formulas that reduce manual entry and improve accuracy.
Extract, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources (CSVs, ERP exports, CRM sheets) into unified reporting structures.
Generate weekly/monthly MIS reports for leadership — highlighting trends, variances, and actionable insights with transparent visual charts.
Support stakeholders across departments by resolving data discrepancies,
answering ad-hoc queries, and providing quick-turnaround analytics.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify automation opportunities and recommend Excel-based process improvements using Power Query or VBScript.
