Mandatory Skills
DBT, Looker, BigQuery: Experience in at least 2 out of these 3 technologies is mandatory.
Strong experience in BI Development (5+ years).
Hands-on experience with Looker / Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau.
Strong SQL expertise.
Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar Data Warehouse platforms.
Solid understanding of:
Data Modeling
ETL / ELT Development
Query Optimization
Partitioning & Clustering
Ability to independently handle the complete lifecycle from requirements gathering → ETL development → dashboard/report creation.
Experience working with MySQL and NoSQL databases.
Solid data visualization, dashboarding, and storytelling capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
Ability to work independently with US-based teams and provide overlap with the CST time zone.
Experience Requirements
10+ years of total qualified experience.
5+ years of relevant BI Development experience.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
