Core Responsibilities




Certificate Management & Dispatch: Handling, tracking, and dispatching society certificates to conference delegates via courier/post or digital media, maintaining accurate records of all dispatch logs.
Video Management & Software Integration: Consolidating conference video recordings, uploading them to YouTube, and integrating video links and metadata into the firm's internal software applications.
Database Maintenance: Managing routine data entry, verifying delegate records, and maintaining updated digital spreadsheets.
