We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our chit fund branch. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing customers, leading the branch team, and ensuring smooth and compliant operations.
2–5 years of experience in chit funds, NBFC, finance, banking, or sales/collections.
Solid leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of sales, collections, and branch operations.
Ability to manage a team and achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
Local market knowledge and a strong customer network will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
