Core Roles &
Responsibilities
3D Modeling &
Part Design:
Build detailed, parametric 3D parts, complex surface models, sheet metal components, and welded structures.
Assembly Creation: Combine individual components into large assemblies, add mechanical constraints to mimic real-life movement, and run clash or interference detection.
2D Drafting &
Documentation:
Generate manufacturing-ready production blueprints, detailed 2D views, section cuts, exploded views, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Design Analysis &
Testing:
Perform stress analysis, structural tests, and basic simulations within the software to evaluate product performance.
Prototyping &
Product Improvement:
Build or assist with physical prototypes, analyze test data,
and modify existing designs to lower costs or enhance functionality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D;, manufacturing, quality assurance, and external suppliers to ensure designs are practical, secure, and easy to build.
Data Management: Maintain revision control, update CAD libraries, and organize project files using PDM (Product Data Management) systems.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
