Parametric 3D model preparation using constrained Sketches and Boolean operation with Inner / outer methodology
Working in Product structure using multi-Skeleton methodology
Detailed Part design as per the design standards, following Design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) requirements
Drawing / 3DFTA creation for series production
Detailed drawings creation with GD&T; considering Manufacturing process and measurement techniques
Tolerance Stackup using 3DCS DVM/VA
Self and N-1s designs check to rectify CAD quality , DFM and DFA issues and correct before the delivery
Data management in PLM
Ensure task compilation of Self and N-1s within agreed billable efforts and time
CATIA V5: Part Design,
Assembly and Drawing Parametric 3D model preparation using Boolean operation with Inner / outer methodology GD&T; Tolerance stack-up Manufacturing processes: Injection Molding / Casting People, Budget, Schedule management
Able to work on part modeling related to the automotive products of passenger car: Brain Division
Vision Product line - Viewing Camera, Surround view ECU
Detect Product line - Ultrasonic sensors, Radars, Front camera
Cockpit Product Line - Headup Display, 4W Passenger car Display (in instrument cluster)
Compute Product Line - Domain controllers, Zonal controllers and Large compute electronic control units (ECU)
