Role Description
We're looking for someone versatile who can wear multiple hats — helping manage day-to-day operations across the startup while primarily driving our marketing and business development efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on, high-ownership experience rather than a narrowly defined role.

What You'll Do
Plan and execute marketing initiatives (digital, content, social media, and offline outreach)




Identify and pursue business development opportunities — partnerships, collaborations, and growth channels
Support overall operations and coordination across teams as needed
Contribute ideas and take ownership of projects as the company scales
Work closely with the founder(s) to shape strategy, not just execute it

Who We're Looking For
Freshers or early-career professionals (0–2 years experience) — we're open to training and mentoring the right person
Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude
Solid presentation abilities, including preparing visual materials and delivering explicit, engaging presentations.
Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by startup life (things move fast, roles evolve)
A background or genuine interest in mental health, psychology, or wellness is a plus, though not mandatory
