Job Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire recent customers through direct sales.
Promote and sell suitable life insurance products based on customer requirements.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Follow up with prospects and ensure timely policy closure.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Direct Sales.
Life Insurance industry experience preferred/required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a robust sales mindset.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
