Recruitment : Hiring for business, product & plant functions
Employee Onboarding : Recent employees onboarding & mentorship
Employee Engagement : Driving engagement activities across the year
Compensation & Benefits : Structuring compensation, advantages & incentives for various functions
Admin Activities : Driving administration processes at head office & regional offices




Learning & Development : Developing L&D; calendar for employees in various functions
Business Partner : Driving Business Partner initiatives for demand, supply & projects functions.
Employer Brand Building : Driving initiatives for building a strong employer image internally & externally
Digital HR - Leading Digital HR Agenda and Interventions.

Preferred candidate profile : Our client is looking at a senior corporate skilled with strong experience in Manufacturing Industry. An ideal candidate would be a Management Graduate with more than 22 years in the companies of repute.
