Experience:
Fresher with Internship in sales Recruitment or
Minimum 6 Months of Experience in Sales Hiring
Added Advantage:
Candidates with Banking Sales Hiring experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates and clients.
Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.
Eligibility:
Any Graduate
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, or other job portals is preferred.
