We are looking for an organized and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of products/orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily dispatch and shipment activities.
Prepare invoices, delivery challans and dispatch documents.
Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners and delivery teams.
Track shipments and provide timely updates.
Maintain accurate dispatch and inventory records.
Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams.
Resolve dispatch-related issues and delays.
Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations.
Knowledge of dispatch processes and documentation.
Basic MS Excel/ERP knowledge.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
