Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented DMS Executive to manage dealership transactions and maintain accurate customer, vehicle, sales, and delivery records in the Dealer Management System (DMS).

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update customer, vehicle, booking, billing, and delivery details in the DMS.
Process vehicle bookings, invoicing, allotments, and delivery-related entries.
Maintain accurate sales, finance, insurance, registration, and customer records.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Finance, Insurance, RTO, and Service teams.
Monitor pending DMS transactions and ensure timely completion.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly DMS/MIS reports.
Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies promptly.




Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and management requirements.
Support the sales team in ensuring smooth and timely vehicle delivery.

Requirements
Any Degree / Diploma.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer applications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience in an automobile dealership/DMS operation is preferred.
Freshers with good computer and Excel skills may also be considered.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
