Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students/parents to promote and explain our online learning programs.
Understand the learners needs and recommend the right course offerings.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Record call outcomes and maintain updated lead status in CRM tools.
Coordinate with the sales and counseling teams to ensure conversions.
Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduation (Any stream) is mandatory.
Experience: 01 year (Freshers are welcome).
Excellent communication skills in English and Regional language .
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle call logs or CRM tools.
Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and a quick learner.
