About the Role
As a Regional Manager , you will be responsible for independently managing and driving business outcomes across a wider geographic region. This includes acquiring current academic institutions, retaining existing clients, executing marketing and activation strategies, and managing channel partners. You will play a key role in expanding Infinity Learn's presence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving regional business goals.
Scope of the Role
Regional Customer Acquisition:
Independently own and grow the customer base across multiple cities or a designated region.
Customer Retention & Upsell:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients; drive renewals and identify upselling prospects.
Channel Partner Management:
Identify and manage regional channel partners who can generate business or influence sales decisions.
Marketing & Activations:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and academic activations across schools in the region.
Receivables Management:
Ensure timely collection of payments from schools and partners in line with company policy.
Client Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders (school owners, principals, educators) and maintain regular engagement.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams (academics, operations, delivery, and marketing) to ensure smooth implementation of programs.
Customer Feedback & Problem Resolution:
Capture and communicate feedback from schools, resolve concerns efficiently, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Documentation & CRM:
Ensure proper documentation, data entry in CRM tools, and daily reporting of activities and business status.
Extensive Field Role:
This is a high-energy, field-intensive role requiring frequent travel across cities and a 6-day work week.
