Job Description
Lead global sourcing and supplier development for specialty raw materials
Source fluorosurfactants, silicones, waxes, PTFE dispersions, nano-ceramics, nano-graphites and additives
Partner with R&D;, QC and Plant teams on trials and validate
Negotiate commercials, MOQ, freight, lead times and supply terms
Manage imports, alternate sourcing and supplier performance
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Knowledge of procurement practices in the mechanical industry.
Bachelor's/Master's in Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or related discipline
Polymer Chemistry background preferred
Robust international sourcing and import experience
