Deliver labor associated with custom scoped Statements of Work to F5 customers.
Provide technical responsibilities that may include, but are not limited to, problem identification, systems architecture definition, hardware/software specification, design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment.
Effectively lead and deliver technical workshops
Manage customer interaction and engagement, including documentation and follow-up.
Maintain expert level proficiency of F5 products and technologies through self-directed and formal training.
Demonstrate ability to become trusted advisor within customer workplace.
Demonstrate control of engagement and develop customer confidence in F5's ability to resolve critical issues in a timely and effective manner

What you will bring:
BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on architecture and design of Application Delivery and Security solutions.
Experience working with Linux, Unix and Windows, Cloud settings




Experience with network protocols and theory (TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, MAC addresses, IP packets, DNS, and load balancing, etc.)
Valuable understanding of HTTP protocol and related technologies
Experience with network, security solutions, and technologies leading security solutions
Experience with public cloudsAmazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure
Experience with virtualized and containerized environmentsKubernetes and Docker
Experience with Configuration Management and Infrastructure as CodeTerraform, Ansible, Jenkins
Experience with Scripting or development skillsPython, Ruby, Shell etc.
Working knowledge in F5 products and technologies is a plus
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently as well as prevalent local language.
