Industry: Bulk Material Handling / Conveyor Systems
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Experience: 3 to 8 years preferred
Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical design and engineering for belt conveyors, pipe conveyors, feeders, crushers and material handling systems.
Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD), control schematics, wiring diagrams and panel drawings.
Selection and sizing of motors, VFDs, MCCs, PLCs, sensors, cables and electrical components.
Review of MCC/PCC and PLC control panel designs with Customers
Prepare cable schedules, I/O lists, BOM and electrical load calculations.
Develop PLC/SCADA control philosophy .
Coordinate electrical design with Mechanical and Project Engineering teams.
Review vendor drawings and technical specifications.
Support commissioning and troubleshooting at site when required.
Ensure designs comply with relevant electrical standards and customer specifications.
Desired Technical Skills
AutoCAD
Positive understanding of motor control and conveyor interlocking logic.
Experience with BOM, cable sizing, voltage-drop calculations and load schedules.
