Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day DP operations including account opening, KYC, demat/remat, DIS and DDPI
Manage daily pay-in/pay-out of securities and settlement-related activities
Perform back office operations and reconciliation of client and pool accounts
Support DP audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations
Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, NSDL and CDSL regulations
Prepare and submit required regulatory and exchange reports
Respond to emails from clients, exchanges, depositories and auditors.
Requirements
Graduate with experience in DP operations and compliance.
NISM DP certification preferred.
Valuable communication and email drafting skills.
