Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Coaching: You'll provide guidance and support to your sales team, fostering a positive and motivated work setting. This includes coaching them on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

Sales Performance Management: Setting and monitoring individual and team sales targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to achieve or exceed dealership goals will be a key part of your role.

Recruitment and Training: You may be involved in recruiting recent sales talent, conducting initial training, and ensuring ongoing development of your team's skills and knowledge.

Customer Satisfaction:



Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process is crucial. You'll work with your team to identify and address customer concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management: Understanding and potentially managing the showroom's vehicle inventory to ensure a good selection for customer needs and sales targets is significant.

Process Improvement: You'll constantly evaluate and improve the sales team's processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Compliance and Reporting: You'll ensure the team adheres to KIA's sales policies and procedures, as well as prepare reports on sales performance and other relevant metrics.
