We need an HR Executive to support our manufacturing plant workforce and daily plant operations. You will manage local recruitment, track shift attendance, ensure labor law compliance, and handle worker relations.
Key Responsibilities
Time & Attendance: Track daily plant attendance, shift rotations, and leave records.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to factory labor laws (such as PF, ESIC, Factories Act).
Recruitment & Onboarding: Source and hire shop-floor workers, staff, and contractors. Conduct joining formalities.
Employee Relations: Address worker grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive floor relations.
Payroll Support: Coordinate monthly inputs for plant wages and overtime calculations.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant setting.
Education: Bachelors degree or MBA in Human Resources / MSW / LLB (Labor).
Legal Knowledge: Explicit understanding of local labor regulations and factory compliance.
Soft Skills: Robust communication, problem-solving, and local language proficiency for worker interactions.
Technical Skills: Valuable command of MS Excel and plant HRMS software (SAP)
