We are looking for a motivated and organized Executive Assistant & Social Media Manager to work directly with the founder and support day-to-day business, marketing, and creative tasks.

This is a great prospect for someone who is eager to learn, proactive, organized, and interested in growing their skills across multiple areas of digital marketing and business operations.

What You’ll Do
Work directly with the founder on day-to-day tasks and projects
Assist with scheduling, organization, research, follow-ups, and administrative work
Help manage and organize social media content and publishing
Assist with content planning, social media management, and basic engagement
Help coordinate projects and ensure tasks are completed on time
Conduct online research and gather information when needed
Assist with client-related tasks and communications




Support marketing and creative projects across different platforms
Learn and assist with current tools, systems, and processes as you grow into the role
