Key Responsibilities:
Supervise fabrication and lathe shop operations.
Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per production plan.
Monitor welding, cutting, machining, and assembly activities as per drawings and specifications.
Ensure product quality and minimize rejection and rework.
Manage operators, welders, fitters, and helpers effectively.
Coordinate machine maintenance and resolve production issues.
Maintain production records and report daily output to management.
Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, Turner, or related trade.
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
