Design, build, and maintain WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other DAP elements to enhance user adoption and engagement.n
Be part of a team providing Learning Design & Development services to customers.n
Configure WalkMe to support application onboarding, process automation, and self-service support.n
Develop segmentation, rules, and goals within WalkMe for personalized user experiences.n
Train Client team members on WalkMe platformn
Work with subject matter experts and product owners to design solutions for WalkMen

nExperience and Qualification

3+Years experience working with WalkMe and 5+ years of experience working with any Digital Adoption platform in a development or implementation rolen
Walkme developer certifiedn
Walkme DAP100 skilledn
Hands on experience developing Walkme walks on multiple platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, , etc.n
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WalkMe deploymentsn
Support training efforts by aligning WalkMe content with instructional design best practicesn
Solid interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and culturesn
Customer focused and results oriented with attention to detail and solution focused mentalityn
The ability to multi-task and handle competing prioritiesn
