The Floor Supervisor manages day-to-day workshop floor operations to maximize technician productivity, ensure repair quality, and minimize vehicle turnaround times. This role acts as a vital bridge between Service Advisors and Technicians to keep the service floor running seamlessly.Key Responsibilities1. Floor &
Bay Management
Job Card Allocation: Review incoming job cards and allocate vehicles to technicians based on their specific skill levels and experience.
Turnaround Time (TAT) Tracking: Monitor the live progress of each bay to ensure vehicles are serviced, washed, and ready within committed delivery times.
Bottle-neck Resolution: Reallocate jobs dynamically if a technician faces an unexpected delay or a complex technical problem.

Technical Supervision
Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Conduct test rides and perform final visual checks to verify all customer complaints noted on the job card are perfectly resolved.
Technician Guidance: Step in to provide technical troubleshooting assistance for complex engine, electrical, or structural vehicle issues.
Repeat Job Prevention:



Strictly inspect any vehicles returned by customers for repeat complaints to eliminate mechanical rework.
Inventory &
Tool Maintenance
Parts Coordination: Work closely with the spare parts counter to ensure required items are delivered to technicians instantly without causing idle bay time.
Equipment Care: Oversee the regular maintenance, calibration, and cleaning of hydraulic lifts, pneumatic tools, and computerized diagnostic scanners.
Safety &
Cleanliness

: Enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring all technicians wear safety gear and keep their individual work bays organized.
Team Leadership &
Reporting
Morning Briefings: Lead daily toolbox meetings to discuss target vehicle counts, specific quality focuses, and pending carry-forward vehicles.
Skill Development: Identify skill gaps among technicians and recommend them for official manufacturer technical training programs.
Performance Logs: Maintain daily reports on workshop productivity, technician efficiency metrics, and overall service volume counts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
