Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products and solutions.
Prepare and share quotations and commercial proposals with customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and perks.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, installation, delivery, and implementation.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/ERP system.
Attend customer service requests and coordinate for timely resolution.
Coordinate warranty, AMC, replacement, and repair-related requirements.
Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and software applications.
Willingness to travel for customer visits, demonstrations, installation coordination, or service requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
