Key Responsibilities
Installation, servicing, and maintenance of electronic equipment at customer sites.
Diagnosing technical issues and providing effective troubleshooting solutions.
Attending service calls and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.
Preparing service reports and maintaining accurate records of visits and repairs.
Coordinating with internal teams for spare parts, escalations, and technical support.
Providing product demonstrations and basic operational training to customers when required.
Ensuring proper handling and safety of equipment during servicing.
Maintaining skilled behavior and customer satisfaction during field visits.
Traveling to client locations as assigned by the company.

Skills Required
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
Basic knowledge of electronic equipment and troubleshooting.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
Willingness to travel for service-related assignments.
