Role Description The Field Services Engineer role at ProTeamServe Healthcare is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. In this role, the engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining healthcare equipment and related systems at customer locations.

Day-to-day activities include performing routine and preventive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing on-site technical support to ensure minimal downtime. The engineer collaborates with customers to understand their service needs, explains technical findings in transparent terms,



and documents service activities accurately. This role also involves following safety standards, coordinating with internal teams for complex issues, and contributing to process improvements in field service operations.

Qualifications
Strong Field Service experience, including in office installation, configuration, and equipment servicing.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose, analyze, and resolve equipment and system issues.
Experience with Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure reliability, safety, and optimal performance of healthcare equipment.
Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build qualified relationships.
Diploma or degree in engineering, electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related technical field.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
Willingness to travel locally for in office visits across Chhattisgarh, as required
