We are looking for a robust Platform Engineer who enjoys building systems and products from the ground up.

You will work across backend engineering, platform capabilities, distributed systems, enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure and AI-enabled capabilities .

We value solid engineering fundamentals, problem-solving, ownership and learning ability more than matching every technology in the JD.

What you will work on
Build reusable backend and platform services
Design APIs, microservices and event-driven systems
Work on workflow orchestration, state management, retries and reliability
Build integrations with ERP / enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, MES/WMS, etc.
Develop AI-enabled capabilities using LLMs, RAG, agents and tool calling
Work on scalability, observability, performance and production reliability
Take problems from idea → architecture → implementation → production
Identify reusable platform capabilities versus product/customer-specific functionality

Skills

Must have
Strong backend engineering fundamentals
Python / Java / Go or similar




PostgreSQL or other relational databases
REST APIs and microservices
System design fundamentals
Docker and cloud exposure
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to have
Kafka / Pub/Sub or event-driven architecture
Kubernetes / CI/CD
