Singapore 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

India 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM Working Days:- 6 Days

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Operations Executive with 4–5 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills and good knowledge of end-to-end freight forwarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day freight forwarding operations for import/export shipments.
Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CHA, and other stakeholders.
Handle shipment documentation and ensure timely processing.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
Coordinate booking, cargo movement,



and delivery schedules.
Resolve operational issues and customer queries efficiently.
Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Follow up on shipment status, documentation, and delivery timelines.

Requirements
4–5 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Operations .
Positive knowledge of Import & Export procedures .
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple shipments and work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
Candidates with experience in a freight forwarding company will be preferred.
