Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fresher)

Location: Magarpatta, Pune, Maharashtra

Shift Timing: Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Fresher Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team in Magarpatta, Pune. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start their career in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and gain strong hiring exposure.

Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements shared by Team Lead / Hiring Manager
Source candidates through:
Job portals (ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Social media sourcing
Internal database / referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates
Connect with candidates via calls, emails, and messages
Explain the job role, company details, and interview process
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & panels




Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers in Excel/Sheets
Follow up with candidates for feedback, offers, and joining
Support onboarding activities and document coordination
Ensure positive candidate experience through the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications
Any Graduate (BA/BCom/BSc/BBA/BCA/BTech etc.)
Strong interest in Recruitment / HR
Positive communication skills
Comfortable with calling candidates
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email handling
Must be willing to work Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM) onsite
Quick learner, self-motivated, and target-driven

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Internship/training in HR or Recruitment
Familiarity with job portals & LinkedIn sourcing
Basic understanding of IT / Non-IT hiring / Healthcare / Pharma Industry
