We’re Hiring | Quality Control Executive – Garments
Minizmo – Made to Measure is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to join our team in Gurgaon.
The role is ideal for someone who understands garments beyond just “pass or fail” — someone who can identify quality issues, understand measurements, finishing and construction, and ensure every garment meets our standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect garments at different stages of production.
Check measurements, stitching, fitting, finishing and overall garment construction.
Identify defects and coordinate with the production team for corrective action.
Conduct final quality checks before dispatch.
Ensure garments meet approved specifications and quality standards.
Maintain quality inspection records and reports.
Monitor recurring defects and help improve production quality.
What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of experience in garment/apparel quality control.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, stitching and finishing.
Positive understanding of garment measurements and fitting.
Experience in men’s wear, premium apparel, tailoring or made-to-measure will be an advantage.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
