Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy data science solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using BigQuery, Data Flow, Pub/Sub, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop disaster recovery plans for data pipelines to ensure high availability and resilience.
Implement monitoring tools to track pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with security standards by implementing access controls and encryption.
Desired Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience.
Experience in Data Science or related field with expertise in GCP technologies such as BigQuery, Data Flow, Pub/Sub.
Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts including scalability, reliability, and security.
Experience working with SQL databases like Postgres or MySQL; knowledge of NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB is a plus.
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms; ability to apply statistical techniques for data analysis.
