Strong knowledge of Genesys Engage architecture and experience with Genesys Framework components
Maintain configuration objects like applications, hosts, and connections.
Monitor platform health and system performance.
Perform upgrades, patches, and configuration management.
Maintain high availability and disaster recovery configurations.
Deploy current Genesys components in development, test, and production environments.
Follow change management and release processes.
Investigate and resolve platform issues related to SIP, URS , ORS , GRE, GRAT and other services.
Analyze Genesys logs to identify root causes.
Design and maintain call routing strategies using Genesys Composer Tool.
Robust knowledge on analysing routing issues and provide fix to resolve them.
