Industry: EOT Cranes / Material Handling Equipment / Industrial Equipment
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Sales to lead our sales function and drive business growth across India. The ideal candidate should have solid exposure to EOT Cranes, Material Handling Equipment, or similar industrial products with proven experience in business development, key account management, and sales team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Drive overall sales growth and revenue achievement.
Develop and execute sales strategies for business expansion.
Identify and acquire current business opportunities.
Manage key industrial accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams for project execution.
Travel extensively across India for customer meetings and business development.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred).
12+ years of experience in Industrial Sales.
Mandatory experience in EOT Cranes and Material Handling Equipment.
Robust techno-commercial knowledge.
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
Proven track record in revenue generation and team management.
Willingness to travel across India.
Preferred Location
Ahmedabad candidates will be preferred.
