Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Gold Loan Executive to handle gold loan sales, customer acquisition, documentation, and branch-level loan processing. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire current customers for gold loan products.
Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, tenure, repayment options, and other product features to customers.
Conduct customer visits, tele-calling, and field activities to generate business.
Assist customers with the gold loan application and documentation process.
Coordinate with the gold appraiser and operations team for gold valuation and loan processing.
Ensure KYC and other required documents are complete and accurate.
Follow up with existing customers for renewals,



repayments, and additional loan requirements.
Identify prospects for cross-selling other financial products.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospective customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM/system regularly.
Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC norms, internal processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Support branch operations and customer service activities as required.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the appropriate team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
