Group Account Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced Group Account Manager with a strong background in Digital & Integrated Marketing to independently manage key accounts, clients, campaigns, and teams.

Key Responsibilities & Skills
Manage key client accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.
Lead client communication, meetings, presentations and pitches independently.
Understand client briefs and translate them into solid digital and integrated solutions.
Strong understanding of Social Media, Digital Ideation, Performance Marketing and Digital Campaigns.
Experience in handling website projects from briefing to execution and delivery.
Experience working on integrated brands/campaigns across multiple marketing platforms.
Understand performance marketing, campaign objectives, KPIs and results.
Contribute to brand, digital and communication strategy.
Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Media, Performance, Tech and other teams.
Independently manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets and stakeholders.
Lead,



mentor and manage the account management team.
Take complete ownership of projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Identify opportunities for account growth and current business.

Requirement
5–8 years of experience in a Digital/Integrated/Advertising Agency.
Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent and confident in client interactions.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Strategic thinker with a problem-solving and business-oriented mindset.
Confident, proactive and highly accountable.
Should be able to think independently, manage clients and lead teams without constant supervision.

Ideal Candidate: A robust digital account leader who can manage clients, pitch ideas, understand strategy and performance marketing, handle website projects, lead integrated campaigns, and manage a team end-to-end .
