Requirements
Expertise in team leadership, training, and development, consistently driving high performance and achieving quality benchmarks.
Prior experience of operations onboarding, group training experience & target alignment
Positive understanding of KYC process in fintech, banking OR NBFC
Experience in managing end-to-end account opening processes,
ensuring seamless customer onboarding journeys
Should be skilled in cross-functional team coordination, documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication
Proficient in risk management, KYC/AML compliance, and fraud prevention, safeguarding organizational assets and reputation.
Experience in managing s settlements
Excellent Problem-solving ability
Familiar with RBI guidelines
Education & Qualifications
MBA/CA qualified/M.com
