Experience: 1+ Year in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
Job Responsibilities:
Handle import freight pricing and prepare competitive quotations.
Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers and transporters.
Manage import shipments from booking to final delivery.
Follow up on pre-alerts, arrival notices, documents and shipment status.
Coordinate customs clearance and delivery activities.
Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely updates.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Operations teams.
Qualifications:
Graduate with 1+ year experience in Freight Forwarding.
Knowledge of import pricing, documentation and operations.
Positive communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Robust attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
