Managedailyhosteloperationsandmaintaindisciplinewithinthehostelpremises.
Maintainhostelrecords,attendanceregisters,leaverecords,andincidentreports.
Coordinateroomallocationsandmonitorhostelfacilities.
Ensurecleanliness,hygiene,andupkeepofhostelinfrastructure.

Parent&SchoolCoordination;
Serveasaliaisonbetweenstudents,parents,teachers,andschooladministration.
Communicateregularlywithparentsregardingstudentwelfareanddevelopment.




Coordinatewithacademicandadministrativeteamstosupportstudentgrowth.

Health&Safety;
Ensurecompliancewithschoolsafetypoliciesandhostelregulations.
Handleemergenciesandcoordinatewithmedicalpersonnelwhenrequired.
Monitorfoodquality,hygienestandards,andoveralllivingconditions.

StaffManagement
Supervisehostelsupportstaff,housekeepingpersonnel,andsecuritystaff.
Ensureefficientfunctioningofallhostelservices.

EligibilityCriteria
Graduate/Postgraduateinanydiscipline.
PriorexperienceasaHostelWardeninareputedresidentialschool,boardingschool,oreducationalinstitution.
Strongleadership,interpersonal,counseling,andcommunicationskills.
Abilitytohandleadolescentstudentswithempathyanddiscipline.
Knowledgeofhosteladministrationandstudentwelfarepractices.
Willingnesstoresideoncampus.
