Supervise daily hotel operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, train, and motivate front office, housekeeping, and other hotel staff.
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints or service issues.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
Coordinate with different departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures when needed.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
