Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Housekeeping & Property Management Staff member to take care of the cleanliness, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of our homestay property. The person will be responsible for ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for guests while managing the property in the owner's absence.
Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, kitchen, and outdoor areas.
Change bedsheets, towels, and other guest amenities as required.
Prepare rooms before guest check-in and clean rooms after check-out.
Ensure the property is neat, clean, and well-maintained at all times.




Welcome guests and assist them with basic requirements during their stay.
Handle basic guest queries and coordinate with the owner/manager when required.
Monitor and report any maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or repair issues.
Keep track of cleaning materials, toiletries, linen, and other property supplies.
Coordinate with outside workers/vendors for repairs, laundry, gardening, etc., when required.
Maintain basic records of guests, supplies, expenses, and property-related activities.
Ensure safety and security of the property.
Look after the property when the owner/manager is not present.
Perform other day-to-day duties required for smooth operation of the homestay.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
