Hyrn.ai is looking to hire HR Recruiters through the Eazyway Platform. They are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals with strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and recruitment skills. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Interview Coordination & Follow-up
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up regarding interview feedback, selection, documentation, and joining.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Recruitment & Candidate Management
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
Build a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management.
Coordinate effectively with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 0–2 years in Recruitment, HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related role.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal, follow-up, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
Good coordination and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
