We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support our recruitment activities and help identify and hire suitable candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, basic knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interviews.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Schedule interviews with candidates and internal teams.
Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining dates.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements.
Support the team in meeting recruitment targets and timelines.
Requirements
1–2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies at the same time.
Graduate in any discipline.
