A Human Resource Manager directs all aspects of employment, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and advantages administration, to cultivate a productive and legally compliant workplace.Core Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from writing job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding process.
Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee grievances, conduct internal investigations, and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain high morale.
Compliance Management: Ensure all workplace policies adhere to federal, state, and local labor laws, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and workplace safety guidelines.
Performance & Training: Administer annual performance evaluation frameworks and identify training needs to support employee career development.
Compensation & Perks: Manage the administration of employee benefits packages, payroll systems,



and competitive compensation structures.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications: Professional HR certifications (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) are highly preferred.
Experience: 3 to 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

Key Skills
Deep knowledge of labor laws, employment legislation, and HR best practices.
Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation, and active listening skills.
High proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
