Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and compliance practices.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
3–5 years of relevant HR experience; prior experience in construction or industrial sectors is an advantage.
