Job Title: HR Analytics / HR Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Analytics qualified responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support strategic workforce and people-related decisions. The role involves preparing HR dashboards, analyzing employee trends, attrition, recruitment, performance, attendance, and workforce metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, maintain, and analyze HR and employee data.
Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports for management.
Analyze attrition, headcount, absenteeism, employee turnover, and workforce trends.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Source-of-Hire.
Monitor employee performance, productivity, engagement, and retention trends.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports and presentations.




Develop dashboards using Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau.
Work with HRMS and other systems to extract and validate data.
Identify data trends and provide insights to support HR and business decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all HR reports.
Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and management reporting.
Automate repetitive HR reporting processes wherever possible.
