We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, source quality candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely hiring. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offers, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
13 years of recruitment experience.
Robust sourcing and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring tools.
