Logistics Executive ( Import )

Location: Prabhadevi (West), Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end import logistics operations including shipment planning, tracking, and clearance.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and shipping agents for timely and cost-effective transportation.
Handle import documentation such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Delivery Orders.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal SOPs.
Work closely with the warehouse, procurement, and accounts teams to ensure smooth

inward flow of goods.
Maintain and update logistics reports, dashboards, and MIS using Advanced Excel.
Track KPIssuch as delivery timelines, cost optimization,



and vendor performance.
Address and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays proactively.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Logistics, specifically Import operations.
Robust understanding of international shipping processes, customs clearance, and

documentation.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, etc.).
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
