Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit candidates as per client requirements.
Understand client manpower requirements and provide suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Handle regular communication and follow-ups with clients.
Manage candidate joining and deployment at client locations.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Ensure timely fulfillment of client staffing requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Preferred Skills:
Valuable communication and client-handling skills.
Experience in recruitment, staffing, or job consultancy will be an advantage.
Ability to understand client requirements and work on multiple positions.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
