Jewel Casa is a well-established Digital Jewellery brand operating in the retail gold & jewellery industry. We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and financial records.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding current employees.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Handle HR documentation, offer letters, appointment letters, and other correspondence.
Support payroll coordination by sharing attendance and leave data.
Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement activities and office events.
Address basic employee queries and maintain HR communication.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools.
Solid sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Experience in the retail, jewellery, trading, or similar industry will be an advantage.
